Langrigge Playground

Langrigge playground is situated behind the shops on Crag Brow, and is easily accessible from Langrigge Drive or by way of a short flight of stone steps from Brantfell Road; it consists of an open grassed area with seating and small children's play area with equipment. There are stunning views of the lake and it is a nice place to sit and enjoy.

The Council manages the play area and has worked hard to improve and update the play equipment. In 2016, working with the Ambleside & Windermere Lions, it was possible to fund replacement of the climbing frame and install some new colourful springers.
